The latest innovation from Jif-Pak Manufacturing, Inc. is our new ST-40 Stockinette Stuffing System. The stuffing horn is designed to accommodate stockinette in Jif-Pak's unique "donut-form" in lengths of up to 1000 feet.
The horn is operated by an air cylinder that will collapse the horn to allow for the "donut" of stockinette to slide effortlessly onto the horn. Once the stockinette "donut" is in position the air cylinder automatically opens the horn to the appropriate size stuffing diameter.
This unique continuous stuffing system in conjunction with a double clipper greatly increases throughput, reduces labor and material costs and significantly reducing the amount of down-time for re-loading the horn.
