Spiral Pattern (SPL) will form whole muscle or sectioned and formed meat products into a natural shape while providing an attractive spiral pattern surface. The Spiral Pattern offers a unique surface pattern that will provide the finished product with a value-added appearance. Products produced with the Spiral Pattern CASING-NET will have a very distinctive appearance differentiating the product from traditional surface patterns.

Spiral Pattern CASING-NET is available pre-shirred for use with automatic stuffing equipment and can be treated with release agent providing easy removal from the finished meat product.

Smoke impregnated CASING-NET provides consistent color and flavor. Spiral Pattern CASING-NET is also available with browning agent, ideal for oven-roasted turkey breast.
