Smooth Pattern (SMR) is the preferred alternative to the labor intensive method of cook-in bag, molds/forms and the additional process of smoking after the initial cook process.

With Smooth Pattern CASING-NET, boneless deli style poultry products and hams can be easily produced in a single-step stuffing process allowing for increased throughput, reduced processing time, significantly reduced labor and material savings.Roast

Beef products will be shaped consistently, thus increasing slicing yield and efficiency.

Sizes 20SMR-32SMR are a perfect alternative to Stockinette. Shape, peelability and yield will be enhanced for bone-in, semi-boneless and picnic ham products
