Rib Pattern (RIB/RBR) CASING-NET offers a distinctive vertical line pattern on the surface of the product. Benefits over traditional rib stockinette include peelability, shape consistency and machinability.

The RIB/RBR is available with a fixed circumference to produce specific size slices/steaks for value added products.

RIB/RBR is available pre-shirred and treated with release agent, liquid smoke or browning agent.
