Casing-Net^TM is a closely knit, polyester material that is designed for processing cooked or smoked meat and poultry products. The unique properties of Casing-Net^TM allow for easy removal from the finished product. Casing-Net^TM will form the product into a "natural" yet consistent shape, upgrading the quality and appearance.

Advantages Eliminate surface blisters, rind toughness and shape inconsistency associated with collagen food film. Eliminate the costly problem of downgraded product resulting from meat tears, voids and irregular shape. Can be stuffed at higher controlled pressures, thus eliminating voids and improving shape consistency. Increased throughput and reduced labor cost when running on high-speed sizer/clipper systems. Smoke impregnated CASING-NET significantly reduces the cooking cycle, improves yields and produces a more consistent color on the finished product. Caramel/Smoke treated CASING-NET eliminates the need for the inconsistent and labor-intensive method of hand applying caramel color to the meat product.
