The PS-60 pressure stuffer economically stuffs whole muscle ham, poultry and roast beef into all styles of pre-clipped Casing-NetTM.
Improves Consistency: The 'net loading device' applies a constant resistance to the net as the product is being stuffed, resulting in a very consistent shape.
Increases Productivity: The stuffing process begins as the CASING-NET is automatically loaded onto the horn. The cycle time is significantly reduced, yielding production rates up to 15 pieces per minute.
Reduces Voids: Due to the controlled stuffing pressure, voids are minimized.
Versatility: The PS-60 easily adjusts for net lengths, machine height and stuffing pressure. Converting to other horn diameters (4in, 5in, 6in and 7in) is quick and simple. Elastic Netting and Stockinette are also compatible with the PS-60.
