The PS-100 Stuffing Machine will efficiently stuff any size bone-in, semi-boneless or spiral sliced ham into the Fixed Circumference bone-in ham (FCB) material.
The PS-100 will effortlessly stuff up to 12 hams per minute in a single-step stuffing system. This produces a more consistently shaped finished product, ultimately resulting in improved cook yields, more consistent ham steaks and ham steak yields.
When producing spiral sliced hams, the PS-100 will keep the center bone straight, resulting in more consistent spiral slicing and increased slicing efficiency.
The PS-100 can be custom made to accommodate any size ham and can be implemented into any stuffing operation.
