The Fixed Circumference (FCR) CASING-NET was specifically designed as an alternative to the two-step cellulose and Stockinette process commonly used on semi-boneless and bone-in hams.

The FCR material when used in conjunction with the PS-100 pressure stuffing machine will control the diameter of the ham while producing a desirable shape resulting in improved cook yield and more consistent ham steaks and ham steak yields.

With FCR CASING-NET spiral sliced hams are more consistent in shape since the center bone is better positioned and the ham diameter is controlled. The result is a more uniform and attractive finished product.

A revolutionary plastic injection-molded closure. Because of the unique way it is melted into the material, the closure will not fail or allow any fragments to break off, unlike the common problems associated with standard metal clips. The new loop is available with all styles of CASING-NET. Patent Pending.
